Marrowfat peas are green mature peas that have been allowed to dry out naturally in the field under the beautiful South Island sun rather than harvested whilst still young like the normal garden pea.

So named because it is a “plump” pea, Marrowfat peas are packed with nutrients including Vitamin A, C, B1, and Iron. They are high in Protein, carbohydrate, and fibre and low in Fat.
